WILSON, Circuit Judge:

The government appeals the district coui't’s grant of Eric Virden’s motion to suppress evidence obtained from the search of his rental vehicle. The government argues that the district court erred in concluding that (1) the seizure of Vir-den’s vehicle violated the Fourth Amendment and (2) the inevitable discovery doctrine did not apply. After carefully reviewing the record and having had the benefit of oral argument, we affirm.
