This action was commenced to recover of the defendant the balance of a subscription made by him to the capital stock of the plaintiff. He was defeated at the trial term, and the judgment against him was affirmed at the General Térm. The able opinion s delivered in the court below are so full and satisfactory that we could rest our decision here upon them.
