ROGERS, Circuit Judge.
The claim involved is in the sum of $320,364.80, which is alleged to be due from the bankrupt on unpaid subscriptions on account of the purchase of shares of stock in Hannevig’s Bank, Limited, afterwards known -as British-American & Continental Bank, Limited. The bank is a corporation incorporated by and under the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. The claim is filed by the official liquidator of the bank, which is in liquidation.
