Action to determine title to the following tract of land in Kansas City, viz: “A strip of land twelve and one-half feet in width, being' south twelve and one-half feet of laud of the following lots: Lots Eight, Twenty-one and Twenty-two (Nos. 8, 21, 22), in Mayfield, an addition to Kansas City, Missouri.”

The petition is the ordinary petition to ascertain and determine title. We give the particular description of the land, because of the peculiar state of the record.

Defendant, after admitting its corporate capacity, admitted that “it claims some title, estate or interest in and to the premises…
