MARRERO, District Judge.
On March 18, 2002, plaintiffs Shred-It USA, Inc. and Shred-It Canada, Inc. (“Shred-It”), filed a motion for a temporary restraining order and a preliminary injunction, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65, against all defendants in this action, enjoining them, among other things, from engaging in the mobile shredding business in the United States or Canada.
