Linville Owners Association, Inc. (the “Association”), appeals the trial court’s denial of its motion to dismiss for failure to join necessary parties. Ann B. Wallach and David Wallach, the owners of Lot 40 and Lot 46 in Linville Subdivision, and Steen Construction Company, the owner of Lot 44 in Linville Subdivision (together “plaintiffs”), appeal the trial court’s grant of partial summary judgment and award of attorneys’ fees in favor of the Association.
