OPINION

O’BRIEN, Judge.

Petitioner, George Cureton, appeals from dismissal of his petition for Post-Conviction Relief without an evidentiary hearing.

Petitioner was convicted of armed robbery and sentenced to ten years in the Penitentiary. An appeal was effected .and the judgment affirmed by this court.

The petition filed in the lower court avers:(1) That petitioner’s constitutional rights have and are being violated, and he is denied “due process” and “equal protection” of the law in that he was denied a complete and legal appellate review due to the negligence of a State Agent. The transcript…
