This case is brought into this Court under the 3rd section of the Act of 1880, chapter 6.
It appears that, upon due information made, a person by the name of Mary or Margaret Glenn was arrested and tahen before a justice of the peace, acting as a police justice, in the City of Baltimore, charged with being habitually a disordeidy person, leading a dissolute and dis*592orderly course of life.
