It is as follows: “Certain property owners, who were the respondents in the lower court and appellees here, sought and obtained in the Pulaski chancery court an injunction against the Arkansas State Highway Commission' prohibiting the construction of a proposed viaduct or overpass in the city of Van Burén, Arkansas.
