On November 29, 1952, plaintiff, an Illinois citizen, as administratrix of the estate of Janet M. Hall, deceased, filed her complaint against the defendants, William Boorhem, an Arkansas citizen, and Malvern Gravel Company, a Delaware corporation authorized to do and doing business in Arkansas, seeking to enforce certain alleged rights arising by virtue of a contract entered into between the defendant, William Boorhem, the said Janet M.
