In this cáse we are called upon to interpret Penal Code section 1203.2a 1 , which sets forth sentencing procedures for persons who, while on probation for one offense, are committed to state prison for another offense. Petitioner Robert Hoddinott was on probation for an offense committed in Marin County when he was sentenced to state prison after conviction of an offense committed in San Francisco.
