hThe issue in this interlocutory appeal is whether an arbitration agreement exists between appellee, Grant Williams, and appellants, The Madison Companies, LLC, and Horsepower Entertainment, LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of The Madison Companies, LLC). The Pulaski County Circuit Court entered an order finding that an arbitration agreement did not exist between the parties.
