MEMORANDUM OPINION CONCERNING OBJECTION TO HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION

This cause is before the Court on Objection to Exemption (Doc. # 17) filed by Andrew W. Suhar, Chapter 7 Trustee, on August 26, 2011. The Trustee objects to the homestead exemption claimed by Debtors Lucy Lou Whitney and Gary Robert Whitney (“Debtors”).
