DECISION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause is before the Court on the Trustee’s Objection to the Debtors’ claim of exemption in two parcels of real property. The Debtors filed a response in opposition thereto. On their respective positions, the Parties filed supporting memoranda. The Court has now had the opportunity to consider the arguments raised by the Parties, and finds, for the reasons that will now follow, that the Trustee’s objection should be Sustained.
