This is a bill in equity alleging infringement of the first seven claims of a patent relating to an automatic weighing machine, No. 766,004, issued on July 26, 1904, to Edward G. Thomas on an application filed on December 17, 1896. The respondent claims under a patent which, so far as this case is concerned, is agreed to be identical, No. 633,675, issued to the assignee of George W.
