The plaintiff, Alan P. Towbin, appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing his administrative appeal from the decision of the defendant board of examiners of psychologists (board), which sanctioned him for negligent, incompetent or wrongful conduct in violation of General Statutes § 20-192.1 On appeal, the plaintiff raises a number of claims that fall within several different categories, namely, that the court improperly dismissed his appeal because the board failed to base several of its findings on substantial evidence, sanctioned him where only one member of its…
