The Christian Fellowship Church (Church) requested approval by the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) of a special use permit to allow the relocation of the Church from its present location on Leesburg Pike, immediately east of Colvin Run Road, to a 76.9 acre site north of Route 7 just east of Riva Ridge Road. The parcel of land is currently undeveloped and zoned R-l. The Church presently owns 29.3 acres of the land and proposes to place the Church facilities on that acreage.
