OPINION
ONION, Justice.
This is a summary judgment case. Appellant Justo Leal sued appellees, American National Insurance Company, David Azur and Karen Brown for malicious prosecution, libel and defamation, and breach of duty of good faith and fair dealing. The trial court granted a partial summary judgment for the insurance company and Azur on the malicious prosecution claim. Subsequently, the trial court granted a final take nothing judgment an all remaining claims.
