Defendants each have been indicted for alleged violations of 18 U.S.C. § 2251(a) (using a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing visual depictions of such conduct); 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2) (knowing receipt or distribution of visual depictions of minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct); and 18 U.S.C. § 371 (conspiracy).
