— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered July 9, 1976, convicting him of sexual abuse in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of defendant’s motion to suppress statements. Judgment reversed, on the law and the facts, motion granted, plea vacated and case remitted to the County Court, Nassau County, for further proceedings consistent herewith.
