Reich filed this suit in the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans against his wife, Mrs. Violet Long Reich, domiciled in the Parish of Orleans and John Pasturite who is alleged in the petition and is admitted to be domiciled in the Parish of St. Tammany.
