[¶ 1] Clifford Lippitt appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (Penob-scot County, A. Murray, J.) affirming a decision by the Board of Certification for Geologists and Soil Scientists, which concluded that Lippitt had provided a professional opinion “without being as thoroughly informed as might be reasonably expected,” in violation of the Code of Ethics applicable to geologists and soil scientists.
