He began serving his sentence at the Connecticut Correctional Institution, Somers, (hereinafter CCI-Somers) on that date. On October 29, 1986, the petitioner was transferred to a correctional facility in New Hampshire and remained there until April 3, 1987, when he was returned to Somers.
