THIS MATTER is before the Court upon the Motions for Summary Judgment [ECF Nos. 119, 120], filed by Defendants Gulf Coast Collection Bureau, Inc. (“Gulf Coast”), Florida United Radiology, L.C. (“Florida United”) and Sheridan Acquisition Associations, P.A. (“Sheridan”), and the Motion for Partial Summary Judgment [ECF No. 156], filed by Plaintiff Mark Mais.
