On February 4, 2014, Plaintiffs Jennifer Smith, Shawn Matejovich, Stuart Benson, Brennan Landy, Josh Friedman, Merrill Primack, and Matt Clark filed a consolidated class action complaint asserting claims against several insurance companies *769for violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), 47 U.S.C. § 227(b). {See R.
