Murray, Hollander, Sullivan & Bass (“Murray Hollander”), a law firm, seeks leave to challenge the jurisdiction of a Bankruptcy Judge to entertain four legal malpractice counterclaims asserted against them by a Chapter 11 Debtor (“Hard-wicke”). These counterclaims, raising defenses to Murray Hollander’s claim for legal services and disbursements filed against the Debtor prior to the confirmation, were asserted after confirmation of a Plan of Reorganization.
