Before the court is defendant’s motion for leave to appeal and plaintiff’s motion to dismiss interlocutory appeal taken by de fendants. 1 Defendants (See Footnote 1, supra) seek appellate review of the Bankruptcy Court’s 2 denial of its motion to dismiss and to stay proceedings. Plaintiffs argue that the appeal must be dismissed for failure to obtain certification by the bankruptcy court and, in the alternative, leave to appeal should not be granted because the essential elements for an interlocutory appeal have not been satisfied and therefore defendants’ appeal…
