OPINION

HAMILTON, District Judge:

This case is before the court on application of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) for enforcement of an order issued against the Princeton Memorial Hospital, d/b/a Princeton Health Care Center (the Center), on September 23, 1987, and reaffirmed in a supplemental order dated May 31, 1989.1 The court has jurisdiction to enforce an order of the NLRB pursuant to Section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act (the Act), 29 U.S.C. § 160(e).
