Plaintiff Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (“CREW” or “plaintiff’) moved to recover $25,922.12 in attorney’s fees and costs pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. *300§ 552(a)(4)(E)®, and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(d) against defendant United States Department of Justice (“DOJ” or “defendant”).
