This is a law action brought by the Michigan unemployment -compensation commission in the circuit court for Marquette county to collect delinquent contributions, damages and interest claimed to be due the commission under the unemployment compensation act. * . The defendants pleaded as an affirmative defense that the claim was barred by the statute of limitations. The case was submitted to the court without a jury on stipulated facts, and judgment was entered for the defendants.
