Plaintiff Mark R. Zofcin, individually and in his capacity as administrator of the estates of his wife and two children, brought this action against Defendants Joseph Dean, Chrysler Corporation (“Chrysler”), and U-Haul Center of Kingston, Pennsylvania, U-Haul Company of Central Pennsylvania, and Amerco Leasing Company (collectively, “U-Haul”) seeking damages for personal injuries and wrongful death arising out of a two-vehicle automobile accident.
