FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND JUDGMENT
O’BRIEN, District Judge.
This is an action under Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. 1125(a) and the common law of unfair competition. Deere & Company (hereinafter referred to as “Deere”) sued Farmhand, Inc., on November 2, 1979 to enjoin it from selling two models in its series of “front-end loaders.” 1 This action was tried to the Court and the parties have submitted post-trial briefs and proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law.
