INTRODUCTION

In these consolidated proceedings, Plaintiffs allege that dominant firms in the flexible polyurethane foam market engaged in a decade-long conspiracy to fix, raise, and maintain the price of flexible foam products in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act.
