Delaney v. Marchon, Inc.

Plaintiffs, George Delaney and Rehkemper I.D., Inc., brought an action for an accounting, declaratory judgment, preliminary injunction, and other equitable relief, arising from a business arrangement between them and defendant, Marchon, Inc. After the preliminary injunction was denied, plaintiffs filed first and second amended complaints. The trial court granted with prejudice defendant’s section 2— 615 (Ill. Rev.
