MARING, Justice.

[¶ 1] S.R.B. appealed the trial court’s order for hospitalization and treatment at the North Dakota State Hospital for ninety days. See Interest of S.R.B., 2013 ND 75, 830 N.W.2d 565. In Interest of S.R.B., 2013 ND 75, 830 N.W.2d 565, this Court held the trial court’s findings were insufficient to support the trial court’s order, remanded for expedited findings, and retained jurisdiction under N.D.RApp.P. 35(a)(3).1 On remand, the trial court complied with our mandate and entered additional findings and an amended order.
