On January 19, 1923, plaintiff in error, The Maytag Company, a corporation, through E. J. Romans, its salesman, entered into a written contract with defendant in error, John A. Dahlin, by the terms of which plaintiff in error agreed to manufacture and ship to defendant in error “on or before January 19, 1924, 300 Maytag Gyrafoan washers, at list, less 33-% per cent, less 5 per cent, less 5 per cent, f. o. b.
