MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
HARRINGTON, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on Defendant Price Waterhouse’s Motion to Dismiss the Consolidated Amended Complaint (“CAC”).
This securities action was brought on behalf of a class of purchasers of Kendall Square Research Corporation (“Kendall Square” or “the Company”) common stock during the period March 27, 1992 through December 3, 1993, inclusive.
