This appeal is prosecuted by - the plaintiff iti error -to- re-versé'a judgment- of the district bouft of Tulsa county, Oída.,; cancelling and-setting aside a tax deed upon the north half (N. 1-2) of lot bne (1)-, block nhieteeii -(19),- in North Tulsa addition to the city of Tulsa,' Ok’la.,' of which the defendant in error claims to be the" owner.
