ORDER GRANTING SUMMARY JUDGMENT AND REQUESTING SUBMISSIONS ON ATTORNEYS’ FEES

KENT, District Judge.

Plaintiff brings this case alleging sexual discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and various similar state law claims. On December 21, 1995, prior to filing this case, Plaintiff signed a waiver of liability and received $43,610.19 from Defendant. Now before the Court is Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgement, dated January 29, 1998. For the reasons set forth below, Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED. Consequently, all of Plaintiffs claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
