Consistent with his pleas, appellant was convicted of conspiracy (4 specifications) and submitting fraudulent claims (19 specifications), in violation of Articles 81 and 132, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 881 and 932, respectively. Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted of conspiracy (3 specifications), and also of larceny (19 specifi cations), in violation of Article 121, UCMJ, 10 USC § 921.
