Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed August 5, 1993, which ruled that claimant was ineligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits because she was not totally unemployed.
Claimant is the president and a 50% shareholder of Angelica Associates, Inc., a provider of home care and nursing services. She also accepted assignments as a nurse from Angelica when work was available. Claimant applied for unemployment insurance benefits when Angelica had no patients.
