Michael F. Kielar, as personal representative of the estate of Nicole Dawn Kielar, and Marilyn Kielar sued Metro Aviation, Inc. (“Metro Aviation”) and others, seeking wrongful death and survival damages resulting from a medevac helicopter crash. Pending is Metro Aviation’s motion for summary judgment on the choice of law for the wrongful death claims.
