Petitioner seeks review of an order of the Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision establishing a twelvemonth minimum term of supervision and declaring petitioner a “predatory sex offender” under former ORS 181.507. We affirm.

In February 1988, petitioner was convicted of two counts of sodomy in the first degree and three counts of sexual abuse in the first degree for molesting his half-brothers, who were five and seven years of age at the time.
