The bill in this case was filed by J. Livingston Minis ánd nine other-stockholders of the Horthern Central Bailway Company against the Pennsylvania Bailroad Company, the Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington Bailroad-Company, the Union Bailroad Company and the Eorthern Central Bailwav Company. The Philadelphia,' Wilmington and Baltimore Bailroad Company, and the Baltimore and Potomac Railroad Company were consolidated as one corporation in the name of the Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington Railroad Company, under the provisions of Chapter 478…
