The plaintiffs,' Simon Miehlovitz, Abram Miehlovitz, and David Furman, aré copartners trading as Miehlovitz & Co., and carry on an extensive wholesale business in buying and selling iron, steel, and other scrap at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where their office and two of their yards are located. They have two other yards at Lebanon, which is in the same state and twenty-five miles from Harrisburg.
