{¶ 1} Respondent, Curtis Griffith Jr. of New Lexington, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0030707, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1970. On August 15, 2003, relator, Disciplinary Counsel, charged respondent in an amended complaint with two counts of violating the Code of Professional Responsibility.
