{¶ 1} Respondent, Eric Lamar Emerson of Covington, Kentucky, Attorney Registration No. 0072916, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 2000. On March 19, 2009, we suspended respondent’s license for 61 days and separately suspended his license for 181 days, in accordance with the Gov.Bar R.
