Respondents, who were copart-ners and doing a general mercantile business at Lava Hot Springs brought this action against appellant, a foreign corporation, to recover a balance of $231.25 for merchandise sold and delivered to a sheep outfit operating under the name of Jensen & Keane. In the summer of 1921 appellant had a mortgage on these sheep that were being run upon the public range in the vicinity of Lava Hot Springs.
