MEMORANDUM OPINION

MANUEL BARBOSA, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on an adversary proceeding brought by plaintiff James M. Jefferson against the Defen-danMDebtor, Steven Norman Holland, seeking to declare certain amounts purportedly owing by the Defendant to the Plaintiff under a defamation claim non-dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6). For the reasons set forth herein, the Court will find in favor of the Defendant.
