This is an action under the federal employers' liability act * brought to recover for the death of a freight con*543ductor in the defendant’s employ. The accident happened in the Readville transfer yard. The administrator called to the witness stand the yardmaster of that yard, and the engineer, fireman and head brakeman of the train. He also put upon the stand a Hyde Park policeman whose testimony has no bearing on the case.
